Return & Exchange Policy

At Baby Heaven Nepal, we take great care in delivering quality baby toys and products. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of these items, we follow a strict but customer-friendly return and exchange policy as outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange

We only accept exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • You provide photo or video evidence of the damage or issue via chat (Messenger, WhatsApp, or Viber).


2. Exchange Process

If your product is eligible:

  • Our team will confirm the issue and check stock availability.

  • If the same product is available, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will offer you:

    • A replacement product of similar value, or

    • full refund to your original payment method or preferred refund option

3. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted when:

  • An exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability.
  • The product is returned in unused condition and in original packaging (if applicable).

  • The return is requested and approved within 2 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or minor packaging damage that does not affect the product's use.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety concerns, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Teethers, pacifiers, feeding items, or any item used in direct contact with the baby.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or not following usage instructions.

5. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  • Contact us through Messenger, WhatsApp, instagram, TikTok or Viber (links available on our website).
  • Provide your order details and photos/videos of the issue.
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover all return and re-delivery costs.
  • If return is requested for any other approved reason, shipping costs may apply and will be discussed during the process.
